Project Narrative:

 

The original structure was built in the 1970’s and featured a previously constructed 2nd floor addition that sat atop the existing two car garage @ the front of the house and jutted out towards the back of the house like a box on stilts.  The goal of this project was to create a laundry room and rear entry at the ground level and integrate the massing of the previous addition to create a single harmonious residence.

Special Feature:

 

The new laundry room was designed as a multi-purpose room with ample cabinets for additional storage as well as a double wide desk for the kids to do homework.
