Project Narrative:
The original structure was built in 1928. Deferred maintenance and years of neglect diminished its value and contribution to the character of the neighborhood. The renovation centered on not only making the limited square footage available feel as large as possible but also aimed at improving the houses curb appeal by adding architectural elements including a new front porch and landscaping. As shown on HGTV’s Curb Appeal. |
