New Deck and Sunroom

Project Narrative:

 

The original deck was narrow and essentially encircled the pool.  The new deck created a larger sitting area with view of Mt. Tamalpais in the background.  Also facing the view of Mt. Tamalpais is a new sunroom complete with lighting and power.

Before

Special Feature:

 

The original deck was shielded from the view by vegetation.  We removed the vegetation and opened up the view for the new sunroom.  The sunroom also became a nice backdrop looking back from the pool.
