Project Narrative:
The original residence was built in the 1970’s and is located on a very steep slope with limited access. The addition was cut into the hillside, located under the existing residence, and was connected to the rest of the house via the reconfiguration of an existing bathroom. The new foundation and retaining walls were formed with shot-crete and mitered glass windows were placed in strategic locations for the views. |
