Project Narrative:
The original residence is one of the oldest residential structures in the City of Petaluma and dates back to the mid-1850’s. The goal of the addition was to not only retain and incorporate the original structure but to also incorporate a two-story great room with an open floor plan. Included in the project are a new kitchen, dining room, living room, rear porch, stair and balcony, master bedroom and master bathroom and reading room. The project is located within the boundaries of the A-Street Historic District. |
