Project Narrative:

 

The original structure was built in the 1970’s with a variety of additions and remodels added over the years.  The goal was to improve as much as possible without expanding the scope of the project beyond the items that needed the greatest attention.  Focusing on the side of the house that was oriented to the best views, we enlarged window and doors openings as much as possible and reconfigured the deck to give it a more spacious feel.  Other items were updated and improved upon including reconfiguring existing window openings into wider openings with modified window operations that increased natural ventilation and views to the outside.
